Age Requirements

• 2.7 Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• 2.8 Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit must:

• 3.1 Be accurate and not misleading
• 3.2 Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• 3.3 Not infringe on any third-party rights
• 3.4 Not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you create, transmit, or display while using our services. You assume all risks associated with your use of our services, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrisisShield, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these terms and conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

Third-Party Interactions

Your interactions with other users or third parties accessed through our services are solely between you and such parties. You agree that CrisisShield is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such interactions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRISISSHIELD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• • Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content on our services
• • Damages resulting from any suspension or termination of your access to our services

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ¥10,000, whichever is greater.

Force Majeure

CrisisShield shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies through the courts as specified above.

Waiver of Class Actions

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be void.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrisisShield regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
